I scheduled a payment to Yahoo! Web Services, the transaction kept getting cancelled. When Yahoo suspended my account, I contacted them. Due to a policy at Yahoo that was disputed, Yahoo gave me a free 1-year web site. I had already scheduled payment to them again through PayPal. Yahoo cancelled the payment so the amount would be returned in-full to me. PayPal sent me an email stating the payment was cancelled by Yahoo, and that I would need to update the 'pending' status by going into my account and updating the scheduled payment (canceling it). I did that. I also received an email from Paypal that the payment was cancelled. But the money is still tied up on the scheduled payment to Yahoo and status is still pending. I want my money freed up....can a live person please respond and provide direction?
