I'm sorry to hear your purchase didn't work out as planned. Having a confirmed shipping address isn't a requirement for sellers or buyers to remain protected, so if you're encountering a merchant who does, you might let them know it won't make a difference in their protections as long as they ship to the address in the transaction details.
To obtain a confirmed shipping address, you would have to add a credit or debit card whose billing address is an exact match to that address.
