I had to change my delivery address because the vender I was purchasing through nor UPS would ship to my PO Box that is set up in my P/P profile. However because my new delivery address was not confirmed, P/P would not accept the transaction with delivery to the unconfirmed new street address. So I was forced to go to an different vendor, though able to purchase the same item for the same price, however the shipping went from .99 for a 3-Day delivery to $1.99 for 7-Day delivery. How can I get confirmation to my new delivery address please?
