I'm having a problem sending money internationally. My recipients bank does not recognize paypal as a ligitamate funding source. They will not accept the money I sent them. I have contacted paypal numerous times, and , the last time they wanted my recipient in the Philippines to call them. First of all, they probably will not understand what they want, and secondly, what possibly could they do anyway? Their bank will still not recognize them. I started this nightmare on Dec. 19 and to this day nothing has happened. It was my mistake for thinking this would be a great alternative to sending money. My niece did not get her Christmas money on time. She says it's okay, but it's not. Has anyone got any advise for me? I'm really frustrated at this situation. Thank you!
