hi amanda, im dealing with a payment that came from france but now there is a dispute even though the buyer got what he asked for and the funds have been frozen. i now have -$218 in my account. i can provide conversations between us and aggrements. im not sure if hes scamming me or it was just a random hold by paypal, plaese help. i played by the rules. i should get the money cause theres no way i can get what i gave him back.
