Hi there. Long time since I've been here. I'm still having problems with the moneypak transfer and I would like help on this. Whenever I tried to put in the correct moneypak numbers and the captcha numbers and verify the amount to put into my paypal account, I get this following error: "We were unable to verify the information you provided. As a result, you may only fund up to $250 on any of your PayPal accounts when using a MoneyPak." Greendot says that once I reached my $250 limit, a pop-up will appear that will give me the information I need to lift the limit on the transfer. But the pop-up never appeared. I gave out the correct numbers and captcha and all I got is the same error mentioned above. One individual says that there is a workaround that involves typing the transaction (proof of purchase) off the reciept instead of putting in the captia letters and numbers. He says it worked right away, but where can I go to put in the transaction off the reciept at? Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Hi. I'm having problems with my moneypak transfer and I need your help to resolve them. I'm trying to send only $30.00 in my paypal account through my moneypak. I thought it was enjoyable until I came across this error: "We were unable to verify the information you provided. As a result, you may only fund up to $250 on any of your PayPal accounts when using a MoneyPak." What information? I added the numbers correctly. When I do, this error above pops up. What am I doing wrong and how am I going to fix it?

I finally figure out the problem! It could be that I was having paypal transfer money from the bank to my paypal account through the wrong primary bank account. I totally forgot that I had my checking account placed in the primary mode rather than my savings account which has more money in it than the checking account. I was hoping that paypal will have transfered money from my savings account, but I unwittingly had it transferred money from the checking account rather than savings; the checking had less money in it than the savings account. That was the problem! So after I'll put in money into my checking account and have the transfer completed, I'll get rid of the checking account and keep the savings account as my only primary source so that nothing like what I'm going through will ever happened again.

Hi. I'm new to the forums and I have a problem. I have transfered to paypal $10.00 from my bank savings account on Tuesday November 3. It's supposed to be due yesterday with was yesterday Nov. 6. But the transaction is overdue and I'm getting frustrated and mad. What's causing all this delay and what can be done to fix it so I can have the transfer completed?
