Help with Moneypak transfer

Hi. I'm having problems with my moneypak transfer and I need your help to resolve them. I'm trying to send only $30.00 in my paypal account through my moneypak. I thought it was enjoyable until I came across this error:

"We were unable to verify the information you provided. As a result, you may only fund up to $250 on any of your PayPal accounts when using a MoneyPak."

What information? I added the numbers correctly. When I do, this error above pops up. What am I doing wrong and how am I going to fix it?

Ok here is what I did, I had the exact thig happen to me, so I opt for the # transaction(proof of purchase) off the reciept instead of putting in the captia letters and numbers and it worked right away..
