You mentioned above that you've increased in sales. Depending on the amount or percentage you've increased, this could affect holds as we're wanting to ensure you're able to keep up with demand. If it's a slight increase, or you have this increase every year, that may not be the issue. If this is a much larger volume than you've processed in the past, that sounds like the issue. This doesn't mean we think something nefarious is going on - we just want to make sure your buyers are receiving their orders.
