Hello
I am part of an auction group on Facebook and I am new to such groups. This particular group encourages its sellers to accept payments as Friends and Family. Obliviously these transactions do not qualify for F&F and it puts the buyers at risk. Is that something that should be reported to PayPal or does PayPal simply look the other way?
