Our account is held in the name of a Camera Club. The officers of the club have now changed which means that the details held by PayPal need to be changed. This includes my name and contact details which need to be removed and the contact details of the new member of the club who has taken over my role and will be carrying out future PayPal transactions need to be added. I belong to a camera club which uses PayPal to invoice our members when their annual subscription is due, this obviously involves PayPal holding members' email addresses. We have a charity account which receives payments to several different departments. Is there a way that transactions for the different departments can be automatically split within PayPal so that all transactions for Dept A will show separately from Dept B for instance? They will also need to be shown separately on reports with reports for the individual departments being required. ... View more

I belong to a photographic society that runs an annual photographic exhibition. Basically, photographers from around the world submit images to be judged in the hope that they will be one of the 25% or so images that are accepted for the exhibition, for which they pay an entry fee through PayPal. There are many such exhibitions worldwide and I have heard this weekend of one disgruntled entrant in another exhibition who had none of his images accepted, so claimed all of his entry fee back through PayPal. Is there any way that this kind of "claw back" can be blocked so that someone aggrieved that their images weren't to the selectors liking, can't just go back into PayPal and get their money back? ...
