PayPal Community

Hi everyone,   I'm looking at giving money to some charities and some of them accept paypal payment.  My question is how can I trust that its not their personal paypal email and that the charity is not the official organisation?  Any way to verify the paypal email to make sure its at least a official donation account?   Thanks for any help in that matter, ... I've look at the PayPal Offerings Worldwide page and didn't find if they provide the service to receive money for St Martin ( an overseas collectivity of France in the northeast Caribbean)?    Please not its not St Maarten (Netherlands Antilles) even if they are part of the same island.   Thank you. ...
