Receive money in Saint Martin

I've look at the PayPal Offerings Worldwide page and didn't find if they provide the service to receive money for St Martin ( an overseas collectivity of France in the northeast Caribbean)? 

Please not its not St Maarten (Netherlands Antilles) even if they are part of the same island.

I am going to guess that they possibly just consider it as part of France.

Saint Pierre and Miquelon off the coast of Canada is just treated as part of France.
