Since the May 2023 statement was issue, I have been unable to download transactions into my bank software. Called tech support and they only said they were not aware of any such issue. This seems to be a common issue and have read many posts but no one can get PayPal to look into the issue. I have tried using other computers and everything else that I can do on my end.
