I use Zoom Webinars which processes payments for webinars I present. I have a number of attendees who repeat my webinars and others who are referred. I want to give these customers a discount, but Zoom doesn't have such a feature. Until they do, I would be willing to give partial refunds (rebates) but there could be many of them issued in a short period of time. I would like to know if doing this could cause any problems with my PayPal merchant status.  The refunds may make it appear that I suddenly have a lot of unhappy customers, but these refunds are actually rewards that I want to give to repeat and new attendees that have been referred by past attendees.   Thank you! ... When I click to customize my downloadable cvs history reports, a window pops up with the list of fields I can chose and the option to include shopping cart details, but it doesn’t allow me to check any of these boxes. The screed seems to be masked in gray and there is no close button. I muse refresh in order to exit. I have tried 3 different browsers plus my iPad, all with the same results.   I have always been able to download shopping cart details with the older version of this page, but that one seems to have been permanently removed now. My desktop system relies on this feature as I cannot generate detailed customer statements or sales reports without it.   Furthermore, I cannot find this history page from the PayPal website — at least not from the sections I would logically search. Most of the PayPal receipts go through fine, but every now and then one will fail. Sometimes it’s because of a typo in the email address or because they inadvertently used a defunct address. And sometimes they just lose the receipt and need another copy. How can I go to the customer’s record in PayPal to resend the receipt or simply print a proper PDF receipt that I can forward myself?   Thanks. ... View more

Can anyone point me to a good step-by-step tutorial (online, book, etc.) that can help me do the following:   Create a PHP form on my web site where a customer supplies name, contact info, selects a product (such as a class to register), and other info yet to be determined. Emails this info to me AND/OR writes it to a db hosted on my web space Populates the standard paypal cart with some of the same info (product info, customer's address, etc.) so the customer doesn't have to re-enter it for Paypal.
