Just adding my support in what seems to be a 4 year long quest in asking paypal to allow UK sellers to sell internationally. I'm hoping to grow my business by offering a sales page away from ebay, but many of my customer base are in different parts of the world. Whilst i appreciate i could set postage costs for the UK and state on my sales page that International buyers will have to pay a surcharge directly through paypal, i do believe this to look incredibly amatuer and it may scare away potential new buyers thinking it may be a scam. Options really do need to be integrated to apply different costs to UK, Europe & Rest Of World.
