Given that an average BACS payment now takes between 30 seconds and a day to complete (between different entities) as payments are now automatically rerouted to the 'Faster Payments System', how can Paypal justify taking three days for funds withdrawn to reach a bank account. A three day withdrawal basically means that Paypal is behind the times (timeframe wise - as it is several years now since BACS payments took 3 days) and therefore not offering a premiere service in this regard (and so not able to be as useful as it otherwise might be). I'm hoping to see this aspect of the paypal service improved - given that it's other functionality is excellent.
