I am having the exact same problem. There is no option anywhere to turn this off - not under Profile, Payments or anywhere else I can find. I signed on to Paypal specifically to see if they had anything set up, and if not, to suggest that they add a place to donate to various organizations (Red Cross, Doctors Without Borders, etc. etc.) right on their home page. I know how to donate and already have, but many do not and it would be a great way for Paypal to increase the aid sent to Haiti. ... View more
