Disgusting ..... On 03/12/2010 My nephew won an eBay item. He doesn't have a PayPal account so I paid using mine. However the tiem wasn't received, so a Case was opened. The Seller agreed she didn't send the item, and agreed to refund. The refund was pending until 22/12/2010. EBay closed the Case. BUT THE REFUND DIDN'T HAPPEN - PayPal Removed it - I presume because of insufficient funds in the Seller's PayPal/Bank. After contacting PayPal they said it was an eBay issue, and I have to contact the Seller to request a refund again!!! Excuse me here!! Anyway eBay appealed the Case (why their Policy is to close Cases before securing Refunds is anybody's guess). The problem is NO REFUND HAS BEEN GIVEN NEARLY 2 MONTHS AFTER PAYING! We are passed from pillar to post whenever we telephone Customer Support. The latest is ' we have passed your details on to Higher Management for consideration. Can anybody tell us how to get this refund --- this is beyone a joke!!!!! What is Buyer Protection because I don't believe it exists!! In this case it **bleep**! Somebody please help ....
