In my sales transactions (most of my sales are from Discogs, a record/CD selling site), the money I actually receive in my Paypal account is net of Paypal and Discogs fees, and sales tax is taken out as well (it's included in "partner fee"). So a transaction summary appears something like this: Purchase details Discogs Order #xxxxx-xxxxx $38.99 Shipping$5.99 Tax$4.04 Purchase total$49.02 Fee-$1.96 Partner fee-$7.16 Total$39.90 So the purchase total is $49.02, but what I actually receive is $39.90. What I'm wondering is: Does the $49.02 or $39.90 count toward my $600 limit for 1099-K purposes? Thanks!
