I was told I had over 7 days to dispute a non-received item. That was yesterday. Today they say I am reimbursed, but says that "no case is open". I guess they make more money on the seller because the buyer has no rights & in just saying this on forum I will most likely be treated unfairly or at best, that all of this is MY fault. They said I was refunded, I called credit card company & it takes 3 to 5 days to see if it indeed was refunded. I Paid for this item 33 days ago & seller kept putting me off. Then 2 mail days B/4 last est. del. dt., I called & seller said they shipped my item, changed date in message about when it was shipped, but will reimburse me. ?? Seller wanted my Paypal information ?? and on 12/24/10 sent feedback on me saying "great transaction=thank you??. This is before finding out I am not getting my item, and transaction was not complete. Seller will not correspond to my understanding, would not work with me, had no compassion, & refund is pending" I could go on. Was this feedback to make seller look innocent? Answer: Yes. I read all the neg/bad feedback & seller wrote same thing to all of them. This is unfair to the buyer. I have yet to talk to a human being & since Ebay & Paypal share all information I am expecting repercussions for being HONEST with a very dishonest seller. I heard great things about Ebay, but that was a long time ago & it has really gone down hill. Told to me now after they quit buying. The problem is that if you go on the web to find the item you want it directs you to Ebay & same seller. So forget about getting a desired item. I am still searching with same results. I lose, they all win.
