Hi,I have just checked my paypal account and the two withdrawls that I made earlier today are showing as completed.I have also checked my bank account and the money is in my bank account so I am guessing and hoping that the problem has been resolved.It is the lack of information more than anything that annoys me in situations like this,all it takes is a general message online and on the phone so that you know that there is a problem and you know that paypal are aware of the problem at least. ... Hi,I spoke to paypal for the 4th time this afternoon at about 5.00pm and was informed that there is a "glitch",they are aware of it and are working to solve the problem but can not say when that might be.They have promised to email me to let me know when the problem has been solved and I was advised on the last call not to make anymore withdrawls` until I have been told the problem has been resolved.As it is now out of business hours I imagine it will be be tomorrow before the problem is resolved.I will check my emails every hour or so and will post when I have anymore information. ... Hi,I have transfered over 3 amounts of money betweem Saturday night and this morning and all three have been held for a security review.I have been using the same ebay,paypal and bank account for the last 7 years and transferred over large and small amounts and I have never had one transfer request held for a security review until now.This has only happened when they removed the fast transfer option which I was willing to pay £5.00 for and would have continued to pay for given the choice.It is not random when all three transfer requests have been held for a security review.To add insult to injury they have no customer service/support available out of hours or over a weekend.How can a company that operates a 24/7,worldwide business only have customer support 9.00am to 5.30pm,five days a week.The only saving grace is that having read the threads here I know it is not just me,it makes me feel a little bit better.On top of that yesterday I had problems with printing paypal postage,it would do x amount of labels and then my browser would not be able to locate paypal and I would have to wait 5 minutes and then it would some more before grinding to a halt again,not good when I had 28 parcels to dispatch.Ah well,another week,more stress. ... Hi,Here I am again,same problem with faster paypal withdrawl to my bank account.Withdrew on Friday 21st of Ocotober am and Saturday 22nd of October pm both showing as completed in my paypal account and the withdrawls have not yet reached my bank account.I am just a bit puzzled and a lot angry that for 2 weeks everything was ok and I am now back to the same problem as I had at the start of the month.Why does this happen for a few days and then everything is ok for a couple of weeks and then back to the delays which cause havoc with my financial planning.This is my money and I have worked hard to earn it and I need it today.I pay my paypal and ebay fees on time and expect that when I pay for a service to enable me to pay other bills on time that that service is provided by the company of which I am a customer.Paypal seems to forget that we are their customers and we pay for and expect that service to be reliable and it is not and the customer service at least what is supposed to be customer service is non-existant and most certainly not supportive of me as their customer.I have now got to try to some money into my bank account today to cover bills and because I am subject to an iva I cant even get a temporary overdraft as I am not allowed to borrow any money until the iva is finished.I will then go overdrawn at the bank and because it is not an agreeded overdraft I will have to pay bank charges.Please,please paypal do something about this becasue it is not just me that has this problem and it is not fair to us your customers and it is causing major headaches for your customers. ... I transferred funds on 30/09/11 from my paypal account to my bank using the fast withdrawl option and usually when I do this on either a Friday or Saturday the funds are in my bank on Monday morning.The funds are not in my bank account today and I need the money to cover a mortgage payment which I will not be able to pay if the withdrawl does not hit my bank account today.I had a similar problem twice last week,Saturdays transfer didnt go in until late Monday afternoon and a withrawl from Tuesday which should have gone in on Thursday and a withrawl from Wednesday which shoud have gone in on Friday did not hit the bank account until late Friday afternoon after I had spoken to paypal customer support.Paypal customer support are very understanding and helpful as far as they can be but in this situation I want and need my money.Paypal get their payment from me immediatly an item is paid for and I feel that if I pay for the faster withdrawl that is what I should get.I suffer from mental health issues and a problem like this sends my stress and anxiety levels soaring.I would like for someone in paypal to sort this problem out because it is not fair to their customers to be left in a situation like this.Please help. ...
