I recently had 2 postal problems. One, the merchandise came in broke. I offered a refund, but refund was denied by buyer, and he wants to keep the item, and does not care about the money, all his idea. My payment is on hold, and I don't know how to contact pay pal, or ebay, to let them know the situartion has been resolved. I also resolved one other with a partial refund and seller wanting to keep merchandise also. In both cases,full refunds were denied by buyer. I want to make sure I get paid. Reading the rules, makes me think they will just take the money out of my acct. No claims were filed by buyer in either case. Thanks guy's and gal.s, Will anybody lend an ear who has had experience with this sort of thing. I would have just as soon gave the refund. Then I could sell the records again. These were music records, Can't please everybody, but have 100%feedback, and want to keep it. Rob
