So here is the deal. A year ago I purchased a Commission for a costume suit. The project time was 11 months. Well outside the 45 day limit for opening cases. Well my deadlines have all been missed, I can not contact the seller, and I am out 740.00USD. I sent an email to paypal. all I got was an automated BS response about their opening cases. Here is the problem, 11 months is a lot longer then 45 days, and with the inability to contact the person whom I sent the money to, through paypal, has left me with no products, and no way to get my money back for the servies she didn't render. Admins can look at the account history I have, back between the months of July 2012 and August 2012 and see the payments sent toa Miss Diaz. This I feel needs to be observed, I will be in contact with Paypal via phone on Monday, but any questions and assistance I can gather here would be most helpful.
