There was only £2.25 postage in dispute [as I had already refunded her £11.99 for the item]........and I offered the buyer this by means of stamps in an envelope, but she refused. NOW Paypal have refunded £14.24 [being the amount for the item, which she already had had a refund for, PLUS the £2.25 postage = £14.24. How can they do this? when I have spent hours typing emails of explanation about this, giving ALL the numbers of my actions, Paypal transactions etc.,. It has been met with absolutely no understanding and they have done this action! Not only do I not have the item, I have now been made to pay up a refund for the same item TWICE and the Postal charges once! This is just complete disregard for common sense and the time I have spent TRYING to NOT have to refund the item TWICE, I am truly disgusted at how they have treated me. I now also have a Negative Feedback......all for £2.25 postage amount which I offered the buyer anyway! Can you help me get off this never ending treadmill? because I am going mad here! Daxiestwo
