hello folks. I spoke to my credit card compnay this morning. The 'transaction' has made it thrui to them but it is still just an 'authorisation' attempt rather than an actual debit. Until they actually take the money they cant dispute it (whihc is basically what paypal said). However they have noted the situation and have assured me that if Zynga do try and take the money, I will not lose out. I have also had a reply from zynga as follows:- Thank you for contacting Zynga. We apologize for any confusion that this may have caused. Occasionally a payment made through PayPal does not make it all the way from PayPal to us. These transactions are automatically voided by Paypal and Paypal should be releasing your funds back to you very shortly. Because the payment never made it to us, if you have any further questions on this matter please contact PayPal as they have the most complete record of your transaction. I really havent a clue what they are on about!! I;ve replied asking them how the incident happened, but dont hold out much hope of a lucid response! However more importantly I'm hopeful that I'm not going to lose out (or am I just naieve!!)
