I've tried three different browsers and two different computers, all with no luck. I've had this problem since Dec 17. What I've been doing is have the seller invoice me directly through PP, or send the money directly from PP using the seller's email address. It always involves a little discussion/explanation with the seller, but often evokes sympathy. I lose the eBay bucks, but it's better than being reported for nonpayment. Good luck!
