I got my eBay issue with PayPal resolved today, I lucked out and went from an eBay rep. that connected me to a PayPal rep. who was in the US. It is hit or miss where your call will land, but I got the help I needed and even got to use my eBucks. You can Google a toll free number for PayPal, i was blocked from posting it. ASK TO SPEAK TO A PRODUCT AND SITE SUPPORT PERSON. I'M VERY SATISFIED CAUSE I GOT TO USE MY eBucks, NOT THROUGH THE PAYPAL SITE BUT WAS ABLE TO GO THROUGH EBAY WHICH LEAD TO THE USUAL PAYMENT WINDOW. IT IS A PAYPAL ISSUES WITH THEIR SOFTWARE & I ATTEMPTED NUMEROUS WAYS TO SEND MONEY WITH USING MY eBucks. SO GOOD LUCK GETTING A REP. THAT IS LOCATED IN THE US. THIS WAS ONE PAYMENT, I DO NOT HAVE ANY PAYMENTS TO DO SO DON'T KNOW IF MY ACCOUNT IS OK NOW OR IF THE REP. WAS ABLE TO HELP ME WITH JUST THIS ONE TRANSACTION.
