A customer claimed he did not receive a sharpening stone which I sold on ebay. I shipped the stone two days after I got paid. He claimed he never got it and filed a claim. I sent him a second sharpening stone. I thought it was settled. Then I get a notice that paypal refunded the purchase price which had been put on hold. I called this customer and talked to his wife and she told me he got two sharpening stones. Now, I am out two sharpening stones and because of this one ruling, paypal will not release my sales which is almost $500.00 they are holding for like a month or so. Why can't they have a human being look at my history with paypal and ebay ... not one problem , but let some dumass try to con me and paypal's non-customer service rules in his favor and holds my money back for a month. If they're trying to run people away from their service they're doing a pretty good job of it. This is the eigth communication I have put out on this (seven emails prior to this). Don't anyone tell me to talk to ebay because they told me to talk to paypal. Paypal are the ones with holding my money. Fix it, please. Give me my good status back. There are other ways I can get paid, I have my own merchant account and can easily take credit cards if paypal insists on holding MY MONEY! Benjamin
