Help handing this situation!!! I sold some children's clothing items on 12/15. They were paid for and shipped on 12/17. I had specifically listed in the auction that it was to be shipped by UPS and insurance was included with exact shipping calculator . Buyer knew shipping prior to purchase and also knew I was shipping ups it was clearly stated in the auction. then I get the paypal confirmed address with a po box. I should have cancelled the transaction but I sent it Parcel Post insurance with delivery confirmation for the same price so I did not contact buyer. Items have not been received. I am in va, items were going to west Virginia so it should have only taken a few days. Well I tracked it to Colorado, through Cincinnati and back again to Cincinnati where it has sat all week. I think something happened to the label or package . But as i communicate with the buyer they are upset and want to file a claim on me. I can not file a claim with the U S postal service until 21 days have passed. Can I get a chargeback fro Paypal for this? I just casually sell on ebay so I am nervous they will give me a hard time on this one. The items were 47.00 plus shipping. Please give me some advice! Thanks, Lynn in VA Ps, my buyer is an idiot in my opinion didnt get any of the first 4 emails i sent, they must have been in her trash and she types me these 100 word emails with no punctuation at all. I am having a hard time dealing with her. She is complaining that the shipping was too much but she knew the shipping amount priori to purchasing and even bidding, it was a calculator so she can't claim she didn't now it.
