I usually change my preferred method of payment to my credit card. However, not all links allow you to change your source of funding. It will revert to your credit card if your balance is $0.00. But it takes time a nd is a hastle if you are in a hurry to place an order. I have been trying to get some help and report fraudullent use of my account but I keep getting a message that says "due to bad weather there will be a longer wait than usual" then I get someone in Manila who barely speaks english and can barely be heard over the network used.  Then I'm supposed to report a problem to a person in manila from where my original problem is emanating!   What happened to the great service I have experienced many times before?  Now we are down to NO service  and endless foreign phone services.  USE PEOPLE EMPLOYED IN AMERICA TO SOLVE PROBLEMS HERE PLEASE.  I love languages and things foreign but not when my money is being compromised and I can't communicate properly with the so called service person.  ... Yes, Snk I agree with Lucky 7 on the reason.  Paypal has specific rules for transaction's.  I understand that it takes a little bit of time during the process but it is for everyone's protection.  I would call Paypal, they normally can explain the terms of use very well, just have no real empathy for the fact that it does take a little bit of time for financial transaction's to process when using Paypal vs a real financial institute.   I believe you have to have verified a bank account and that takes approx. 3 day's.   So far, I have not had any problem's with Paypal as far depositing and withdrawing.  I have had no problem's with being a seller on Ebay.  There have been a couple problem's with Ebay seller's but most are on top of thing's and communicate well.  Out of 35 transaction's only had 3 seller's that sent the wrong item's and only one of them that communicated well and sent replacement of the right item.  The other two did not communicate and one of them felt he could win the battle of dispute by lying.          ... Well you know the drill.... contact your bank/credit card company and file the charge back dispute.    I received my provisional credit's from my bank 2 week's ago.  I finally got my refund, so I called the bank to let them know to cancel the charge back.   In the end I think I waited maybe 7 day's total.  Why should I wait for my money while Ebay/Paypal hold's onto it forever. ...
