I have been trying to get some help and report fraudullent use of my account but I keep getting a message that says "due to bad weather there will be a longer wait than usual" then I get someone in Manila who barely speaks english and can barely be heard over the network used. Then I'm supposed to report a problem to a person in manila from where my original problem is emanating! What happened to the great service I have experienced many times before? Now we are down to NO service and endless foreign phone services. USE PEOPLE EMPLOYED IN AMERICA TO SOLVE PROBLEMS HERE PLEASE. I love languages and things foreign but not when my money is being compromised and I can't communicate properly with the so called service person.
