Yes, I've also noticed that international transactions are missing when I have downloaded QIFs to import into my ancient version of Microsoft Money. I e-mailed PayPal support about this last year, but did not get a helpful response. My guess is that the problem has to do with limitations inherent to the QIF format (i.e., it does not handle multiple currency types adequately). QIF is now considered obsolete even by Quicken. Most of the financial world has moved to the more powerful OFX format for transaction downloads, but PayPal has not yet. Earlier this year I asked PayPal to add support for the OFX format, and all I got was this curt response: At the present time OFX is not supported. QIF is supported. By experimenting with different download formats, I discovered that the CSV (comma- or tab-separated values) option does include international transactions (including the currency conversion step), but my version of Money does not import CSV files (does Quicken?). The only way to get these transactions into Money, I've found, is to enter them manually.
