I purchased an item and never received it. When I finally was able to track the package, it showed that it was delivered to the middle of an intersection in another town. No way to contact the seller and apparently no way to contact PayPal either. I filed a claim, it was denied, saying that they provided delivered information. I contacted UPS, they stated that this is a known fraud move. Fraudulent sellers are providing shipping addresses and tracking info, but it does not match the name or the address of who ordered it. I received an email as proof from UPS, but I can not find anywhere to file an appeal. I reached out to PayPal, they told me what to do, and there is no option to file an appeal on my closed case. Now every time I try to file a new claim, it immediately closes out and I still can not file an appeal. I have been trying to reach PayPal, but there does not seem to be a way to do so.
