I closed my paypal account and I owe smartconnect only 9.99$. I wanted to pay them back with a new account but I do not know how. I emailed paypal and they told me to call paypal customer service. I got transferred to like 10 different people on the call, then they disconnected...After that I recalled and they transferred me to a machine which did not helped at all...So this is my last option, I wonder if anyone has ever been in this situation and if you do please give me some advice. P.S I also do not know the number of my smartconnect...
