i get an email today stating my ebay bucks are ready to be used so when i logged in and found an item i wanted to get a message pops up stating my account is suspended due to me owning my fees and here is the little note i sent to them in response ok so lets start off by smooth tactic of suspending my account when my ebay bucks get put it way to aggravate someone who is already aggravated with ebay/paypal and the stupid holds which aren't on high risk items only you would like to have your fees which are already high to begin with and i would have no problem with paying them but you see paypal which i hopefully believe you know is owned by you has seen fit to seize my account with the money in it which isn't theres its mine they didn't do a **bleep** thing to earn it (unless you believe that mugging someone is earning it)then to make matters worse since i couldn't send the items that my customers bought since the account was stolen I issued refunds which paypal thought was wrong yea its a bad thing to give people their money back (thats what paypal is thinking)maybe i should have stolen the customers money then i could have claimed to be just like ebay/paypal but im better then your fouled up monopolistic company. When the disputes came a they did come in from the people who didnt want to wait until this situation was resolved ebay/paypal saw fit to use MY **bleep**ING BANK ACCOUNT to issue these refunds not the money that was stolen from me when did my personal account become your property to do with what you want it isn't and it never is that being said my account is now OVERDRAWN will you reimburse me for that no you won't and the only way you will is if someone sues and that is what is currently happening isn't it I have been a ebay member for quite a while and have a 98.7 rating with 124 feedbacks well guess what your company is dieing slow and you are just to blind,stupid,ungrateful towards the people who made this company great that is the small seller not the big power sellers with all the fancy colored stars now here's the situation at hand i thought about it while i'm typing this little love letter to you and I've come to the conclusion that i'm going to refuse to pay my fees to you now or even in collections you are already too big for your own good and i know my refusal to do so means very little to your over flowing coffers (due to my hard work and countless others here) I know you really don't give a **bleep** about how your policies at paypal have severally **bleep**ed up my christmas just like i don't care about how this little letter of mine shocks you there is a movement against ebay/paypal and your dictatorial rule i have already moved to other sites and they are more friendly towards the seller and the buyer I don't know when ebay/paypal decided to assume the role of quality control or judges and overruling what is posted in auctions like no returns no refunds but it isn't what this site was designed for and you seem to have forgotten it ebay was suppose to let people sell their items and for other people to buy them paypals only role in the whole make up was to transfer money from one person to another thats all nothing else but time has come to end this tweaking of your nose im not bending over for you anymore and have fun trying to collect those fees from me because you never will a very dis-satisfied and ex ebay user
