I am attempting to release a payment hold from a successful ebay transaction on October 27, 2010. I printed the label , shipped the package and received positive feedback by November 2, 2010. The funds are still pending! In six phone calls I have been hung up on three times and received various assurances they are "working on the problem" and that the "technical glitch" will be fixed soon! In short during my two hours- forty-seven minutes of phone conversations(including two hours eleven minutes of being placed on hold) I have nothing to show for my efforts. An embarrassingly bad episode for any "customer service" department.
