I haven't been receiving some of my payment confirmation emails from PayPal...most of them I do, but every once in a while, I don't get one. This really is a problem for me, as I star the payment confirmation emails as they come in, to remind me to ship the product to the buyer. The first time this happened, the buyer sent me an email asking why they hadn't received their items...I searched every way I could in my emails and eventually I realized that PayPal had never sent me an email for the payment. This really could effect my eBay ratings and my business! Has anyone else had this issue? The strange thing is how I receive most of the emails I should, and it's not until I think I haven't received payment and go and check that I see that the buyer sent payment the same day of purchase and I just didn't know about it.
