Hi I am selling my car not through ebay the buyer wants to pay through paypal. The buyer will not give me his name, address, or phone number.I told him cash on collection or bank transfer but he said he is working offshore and would send someone to collect it.and wants to pay through paypal. I am worried that not having his name address or contact number he will take the car then claim the money back somehow. am i right to be worried or am i being paranoid. Hello my first time here so be gentle.                                                                     On the 12th of the 10th 2010 I bought an item from xinyu201088 but when i went to pay eBay or Paypal not sure which wouldn't let me pay because the seller had not entered any P&P so I messaged the seller and no reply so I contacted ebay and after a consultation with a helper  i was told to go to paypal account and send the money through the send money tab to the email of the seller which i did. On numerous occasions i have messaged the seller and finally i have had a message back saying you have sent the money as an echeque so you will have to wait the payment on my paypal account is saying Unclaimed and I still havent had my purchase, its the 27th now can anyone advise me help me please   I hope I have made this post clear for you to understand I know what i am trying to say but sometimes I make a right pigs ear of explaining to others. ...
