Hi there Lgraham93,   I am not sure why this payment didn't complete but if the transaction has been reversed. It may have been a technical issue when you were trying to send the payment from the eBay application on your mobile that caused the payments to fail and be reversed.   If it shows that only one item has been purchased, there is nothing that you would need to worry about in regards to items being purchased on your eBay account. The only thing that may cause an issue here is the payments being refunded back to you. If the payments that were cancelled were sent from a credit/debit card, the money would be refunded directly back to the card that you used.   Hi there Billpam169, If the payment was sent using a confirmed bank account, the payment may be placed on hold until the funds complete processing from your bank account. This could be between 5 and 7 working days from when the payment was initially sent from your bank account.
