Ok guys here's my story, sorry if I come across as moody and angry, well that's because I am. So basically there's a site where people can trade/buy/sell playstation 3 trophies. So I sold a this guy (army) a prototype platinum trophy for $45, it took me about 24 hours to do this for him in total. Other people I know have also sold him trophies about $500 dollars worth and these took quite alot of our time. So a week later he decided to claim unauthorised transaction (chargeback) not only on me but against at least four other people all from the same forum! I provided alot of evidence from forums, him giving me his psn details and confirming my email address for paypal. So after a weeks worth of waiting the results come in, The guy wins his dispute evne though he hasnt provided any proof whatsoever so the $45 gets removed from my account and I get charged an extra $13 out of my own money even though i'm in the right. I'm going to phone paypal up and see if I can do anything and if not I WILL be taking it a step further because to be frank this is complete RUBBISH.
