I had ordered something from them last December. It took a while, but I did eventually get my iPhone case, and they responded to my inquiry pretty quickly when I started to worry the case wasn't coming. I think I paid $16 (with shipping) for a case that is normally $34, so it was a a really good deal. I am sorry to hear about your experience though.
