This is crazy - a call center in another country that has absolutely no idea what you are talking about or how to resolve an issue. I mixed up the shipping of 2 items, should have been easy enough to resolve. Send shipping via Paypal to each buyer and ask them to send the items to the correct buyer. One mails - the other didn't till they got their item. SO, the one who shipped first, files a dispute with EBAY. Second items arrives safely but Paypal accesses my bank account for a refund to buyer. I contact Paypal, they have no idea how to fix anything. Since I caught it on the day it was "pending" , I had my bank restrict my account. I am not going to allow Paypal to give a buyer money and the item too! According to Ebay sight, this should not happen unless the dispute is unresolved. Plus, it was going to overdraft my account. So paypal had to put the refund transaction on hold. Just a few days later, the dispute was cancelled and I got notice from Ebay that the buyer was happy. I called Ebay and they verified that the dispute had been cancelled. I was unable to use my bank account as long as it was resrticted so I had it removed. Guess what, the next day Paypal took the funds $61.50 from my checking account and overdrafted my account $35.00 FEE! Have spent 2 days on the phone - no one can tell my how this happened but keep telling me I will get my $61.50 back, possibly by AUG 9!!! Shows no where on my Paypal log - so where is my money and how do I get my $35.00 back! Paypal tells me it is an Ebay problem, Ebay tells me it is a Paypal problem. I am not correct in my understanding that Ebay owns Paypal and gives them dispute information ? And that no dispute should be paid until it has been determined that there was no resolution? As soon as this is resolved, I am removing all of my banking info - I never wanted agree to terms anyway that Ebay and Paypal could make decisions and take my money in the first place.
