Well I called PP and the guy said as far as he knows, there's a 'technical issue'. Apparently it isnt a big problem but he's going to have my account looked at and as long as there isnt a reason for the unconfirmation, they'll reconfirm it (even though the email says it cant be reconfirmed). Its a bit of a pain in the rear for me, I'm a power seller and a top rated seller so I have money flying around all over the place, and I only accept PayPal (no cheques etc) so this makes things inconvenient to say the least. Fingers crossed they solve the problem quite quickly
