This weekend we had 120 orders on Amazon and guess what two persons phone to buy on Ebay/Paypal and we told them the Paypal Story and they went to buy on Amazon.   Paypal has not even responded to our complaint and THIS IS HOW EBAY/PAYPAL WORKS AND WE ENCOURAGE ALL SELLERS TO SWIFT TO AMAZON AND PLAY.COM WHERE YOU SPEAK WITH REAL PEOPLE BASED IN UK.   PAYPAL SERVICE IS THE LOWEST WE KNOW SO FAR AND JUST CHECK AS WELL HOW EBAY IS DOING TO NON-BUSINESS CUSTOMERS (EXCESSIVE COMMISSION WHEN ORDINARY CUSTOMERS WANT TO SELL A PRODUCT)   Paypal should be investigated by the Commission Competition as they make it compulsory for us to have paypal to list on Ebay. Today is the day I have stopped to use paypal for all my payments,   I used to pay Parcel Monkey almost every day by paypal but I have stopped from today. Reason because Paypal put limits on our account when we make more payments with this Paypal Account than receiving payments. This is to show them now that there is no way they will get any commissions from my paypal payments to other sellers.   For Info Parcel Monkey is the courier company we use to ship for all our next day delivery.   All suppliers who can only accept paypal we will stop using them.   So then Mr Paypal Chief Executive will ask the Paypal Top Management; Why is Our Turnover down on commissions and why many honest sellesr are leaving us?   I have started a Massive Campaign on Many Forums and any help from other UK Business Sellers are welcome.   This is my quote for Mr Paypal Chief Executive:  Paypal has grown with the help of honest sellers which include UK Business Sellers like us and do remember that we will be the one that will bring your downfall as well and do keep remember that.   Regards   Sophie Young Mum of three young children making a living by having online businesses  ... I had two young children when I started selling many computer accessories online and I started on Ebay.   Things were working quite well on Ebay until ebay-uk was open to all sort of sellers from other countries and there were so many scams and poor customer service.   I set up the same online shop on amazon and recently play.com and I never regret having opened on amazon and play.com now as Ebay/Paypal has become so worst for honest sellers like us and Ebay/Paypal will always target uk small businesses like us. Ebay/Paypal now blames us for not doing enough sales but they did nothing to help sellers like us like amazon and play.com has done. Play.com team are working with us as from next month to uplift 100's of products and I can tell you Ebay/Paypal will be a desert due to their own incompetence.   What a shame it is as we started on ebay/paypal and they had made massive mistakes that sellers like us no longer trust them in additional to number of increasing customers leaving them.   It will not be a surprise to hear that Ebay/Paypal will be laying their staff   No offence here to Paypal/Ebay Staff but this is the truth and let's see if we are right by looking in the longer term.   Sophie Young   ... We have been dealing with paypal and we can confirm them as the worst company we do know as a provider of online payment solutions.   If you too less or you sell too more, you become a target for limitations and paypal tell you this is an automated systems.   So you should sell in the middle of too less and too more if these make sense.   Over the years we have been trading, we had to appeal to Paypal Chief Executive for our limitations to be released as we sent all the facts to him and it was very obvious they are trying to stop small uk businesses from growing at the expense of some foreign sellers who make as if they are uk sellers (we just counted there are thousands of them)   Please  do all joing the boycott against paypal and do ask all customers 5% surcharge and explain the situation to them as we did and one customer has quoted " I have never been so happy to have shifted from Ebay/Paypal to XXXXXX"   Sophie Young Mum of three young children and eraning a living online ...
