this time i hope i don't get bumped out... I tried to look up a purchase of a few months ago - my stereo I bought no longer has a display on it - and i cannot find the payment record. I have tried all options to download ALL transactions from Jan 1 2010 to present and apparently pay pal has alzheimers since it can't recall anthing more than (at most) the LAST FIVE TRANSACTIONS I PAID FOR. As this is glaringly NOT a COMPLETE HISTORY of my purchases on Paypal (more than a few years now) I am suddenly wondering if their accounting and 'guarentees' are as good (or as bad) as their ability to track my activity and allow me access to it? I am thinking about going back to money orders. Also a NOTABLE LACK OF CONTACT INFORMATION TO COMPLAIN/NOTIFY/COMMUNICATE WITH PAYPAL INC! Which is why I am HERE instead of talking to THEM. If they don't want to talk to me, maybe they don't want any more of my business either?
