You can probably thank people like Dukelucifer1987 - sold me an item, probably turned around and sold it for a better price to someone else - and then just quit talking to me. Paypal did refund my money, but not my time or frustration, and certainly I am not compensated for the use of the items I obviouly wanted more than I wanted the money. Some people either want a really good solid stars rating or proof that SOMETHING has actually been shipped. It does take a while to get the reimbursement.
