Lately paypal has been opening up disputes against me, not paypal users..PAYPAL. I own several businesses and have had roughly 10-15 paypal disputes opened against me in the last couple months. I have provided proof as both a buyer and seller and lost every single dispute. I sell intangeable goods, and realize paypal cannot protect me as a seller for this. However, as a buyer multiple times I have paid for intangeable goods and the seller has simply provided an email address for his proof of shipping or nothing at all and I still lose. This has probably cost me a few thousand dollars now, and I'm writing this because it just happened again for the second time this week. People also have let me give them the service, only to open up a dispute soon after it saying that they did not make the purchase--**bleep**ing me out of 100 bucks or so. I have supplied paypal with screenshots of a before and after result and still it has not helped me with any disputes. Also, people have lied I guess I just feel like my account has been flagged, or paypal is almost out to get me at this point. How can you possibly lose this many disputes in a row? I am a very straight forward guy, and not out to **bleep** someone over, but I feel as if I am really being taken advantage of. If paypal even looked at the refunds I give people when theirs issues they might realize this. I give refunds right away if theirs every a problem. Unfortuantly most of the people that order through my sites only use paypal, so I am stuck with almost no options here. I'm very curious to hear if anyone else has had the same problems. I also emailed their support about this maybe 5x now and have not received a single response. I called them and my phone calls have been randomlly cut out on 3x now which resulted in me being disconnected also? It just seems very strange to me..
