hi I purchased a item from Merlin archery for just over 40 pounds using paypal and the item should have been a lower price ,Merlin archery refunded to my paypal account £16.52 but my account does not show this amount I have waited a few days to see if the refund apeared in my account but it has not Merlin assure my that they have credited my account,can you tell me why my account does not show the refund
