When you add funds to your PayPal account it takes 5-7 working days for these funds to be processed and reflect on your PayPal balance. If you initiate another transaction while your add funds is still processing then PayPal we request the funds from your bank account as there are no funds available for use in your PayPal balance.
As your payment was requested from your bank account and your adding of funds was not used you should have a plus balance of £30.00GBP on your PayPal account. I would advise that you review your PayPal account to view your balance and to see if it may have been used to fund transactions once it had cleared.
