But also, when I download history as a CSV file, and 'Customise Download Fields' to include 'Item ID', and 'Item Title', the Item ID field is blank throughout the whole CSV file, and the 'Item Title' just says 'Shopping Cart. If I go into the 'Details' of one of the transactions, in the 'Shopping Cart Contents' I see the name and Item Id of the item, although here it says 'Item Number'. That's the information I need to search on. After experimenting a little, it seems that Transaction Finder actually does not search the Item Number, although it claims to. Could you confirm this, and tell me whether there is a way to do what I need to do? EDITED ** Just in case anyone else is having the same problem, the solution is to check " Include Shopping Cart details" when you do 'Download History', then it will include the Item ID in the csv file. However, Transaction Finder definitely seems to be faulty or at least promising something it can't deliver !
